WHEN DO I NEED TO PAY FOR MY ORDER?

Online orders are paid via credit/debit card instantly. To confirm a custom booking, a 30% deposit is required. The balance of your order must then be paid at least 7 days prior to your pick up/delivery date. Please see our terms and conditions page re refunds & cancellation policies.

HOW MUCH NOTICE IS REQUIRED FOR BOOKINGS?

A minimum 7 days notice is required for all booking enquiries. However, as confirmation is subject to date availability we suggest you get in touch asap!

DO YOU CATER TO DIETARY REQUIREMENTS?

All products may contain gluten, wheat, dairy (milk/milk products) and eggs. As treats are made in our home kitchen, traces of tree nuts, peanuts, sesame and soy may also be present.

DO YOU MAKE FONDANT CAKES?

Yes we do! We specialise in custom cakes in either buttercream or fondant - all shapes and sizes. Email us at kapukekenz@gmail.com for a quote.

HOW DO I TRAVEL WITH MY CAKE?

Keep your cake flat - the best place is the front passenger floor space. Keep the air-con on cool, especially in the warmer months, as buttercream will melt. Take extra care when driving!
